I have been working with Natural Medicine and therapies in and around Forest Row for over twenty five years.
I studied reflexology at the London School of Reflexology and then at the Renbardou School in Croydon gaining an ITEC qualification. This I followed with Anatomy and Physiology, Massage and Aromatherapy, again at the Renbardou School gaining more ITEC qualifications.
Feeling that I needed to know much more about muscles and how they worked I decided to do a year and half course in Kinesiology. This therapy not only helps identify problem muscles, it uses techniques from Chinese medicine to correct energies and meridians, which ultimatley correct the physical body.
Once I had got my brain well and truly wrapped around studying again I took up my huge passion of Nutritional Medicine. Study was through the Plaskett College in London at which I gained two diplomas one regarding nutrition and food and the other on the use and advice on supplementation. This course also gave instruction in iridology.
